Hi all

Next week i will be in Hong Kong meeting a mate of mine. He lives on Nathan Road, a 30 minute walk away from the head offices of Birmingham International Holdings. I'm planning to hand over a letter in person, protesting against the current financial state of the club and making it aware the fans' desire for transparency and security.

If anyone can think of any good additions that should be included, it would be much appreciated.

Cheers, KRO

Tell him thanks for the £40million in 2 seasons. Oh and for listening to the fans in the appointment on Hughton. KRO!

Dear Carson,

I know that we have been told numerous times in the past that the finances of the club are sound, and I know that both UEFA and the Football League have passed off our accounts to allow us to compete next season, but what we want as fans is to be told that everything is horrendous and that all the players have to be sold. Please tell us this is true so that Stoke can bid £5million for Dann safe in the knowledge that we will have to accept it.

Yours sincerely,

Passionate Blues Fans

Tell Yeung if found guilty we want an apology for dragging our beloved club through s**te. Also advise BIH that if they are having to sell all our best players with no money going on new players they have made a complete horicks of our finances and we would like them to sell to competent company - please!!!!

If not guilty we only have the current money situation to worry about. I will reserve judgement but if the finances are as bad as reported and if we have no money to sign anymore players that is one almighty cock up and suggests total incompetence. So please ask how much money they will have to put into the team if they do gain over £20m in transfers which is likey. Surely they can't be as incompetent as they now look? Can they?

Very true. But surely Cy has a responsibility to us to try and do his best to get us back there, not strip the club of its best playing assets and replace them with largely inferior freebies.

Not how a football club of our stature should be ran, ie into the ground.

Alex and Villa will be in Hong Kong next week.

I'd get your letter delivered quickly before they add conspiracy to murder to Carson's charges.

Larsson -> Burke
Gardner -> Mutch/Gomis
Johnson -> Not yet replaced.

Thats 3 players, unless we were playing TippKick last year, thats not all our players.

Replacements arent bad at all either.

Infact, we havent sold any strikers and bought 2 in.

i have to agree with you there..the replacement so far will be good enough for championship...even if we have come to expect more..

but CJ & ZIGGY will diffo be going...

but what i worry about is the size of the team given the extra games ..we now have to play this year...and if injurys happen as sometimes do...were in a nasty situation.

Honestly !

The window has been open 2 and a half weeks.

We have more than 7 and a half weeks to go.

We know more players will have to be sold - even though everyone with a weak bladder seems to think we are without any players already.
We took a 23 man squad to Cork play on Saturday - on the same day we took 16 players to Worcester to play. (Mainly kids). And both sides did well.

We know more players will go, but they will be replaced with competent and hungry new blood.
Players who want to be at Blues, players who want to prove themselves.

As we have seen so far.

I did'nt say I was, BUT to give a letter NOT signed by me to say ALL Blues fans want him to leave is out of order. If CY goes to prison then he will sell his shares as he will 'go down' for some time. Theys boards come & go so if they go now WHO will replace them.

Not claiming to be a megaphone for the fans mate. I'm doing it more for myself and a few others. I read this board everyday and have come to the conclusion that many (quite clearly not all) share confusion of the financial state of the club. All i will be doing is requesting some transparency and answers from the owners.

I'm sure thousands of us, including myself, pump hundreds of pound a year each into Blues. We are owed answers at the least, arnt we?

This is clearly a critical point in Blues history, and the silence from those above slightly disturbs me.

I'm quite aware that this will probably come to nothing. But i will be in HK with hours to kill, so why not?

:kro:

What silence ?

Do you want Pannu to tell us we have 50 pence in our bank account today.

And then a week later say we have £1.5 million in our bank account today?

What, actually, are the questions you are so desperate to have answers for?
That you claim are not being answered?

To be crude -

Are we going into administration ?

Are we being asset stripped ?

Are all chinese businessmen, crooks ?

How much money do we have ?

We are cleared by the Premier League
Cleared by the Football league
Cleared by UEFA

Do you want a public posting of our weekly or even daily, bank account?

Does any club do this?

GROW UP my friend.

Why not leave a letter saying:

Thank you Carson for putting more into St Andrews, Wast Hills, players like Bentley, Hleb, Martins etc etc.
Thank you for investing more in Blues in 18 months than Sullivan/Gold did in 18 years.
Thank you Carson for mortgaging your homes to give Blues money to pay inflated wages for 6 months.
Thank you Carson for going to the edge and risking your livelihood for Blues.

And you could add, Good Luck on August 11th Carson.

But I doubt that this is the kind of letter you would deliver.

Enjoy your time in Hong Kong my friend, take in the Villa matches as well **thumbup
